FAQs

  • Very common question, that sadly doesn´t get asked, but is in everyone’s mind at least once. The importance is having a recruiter that you can trust. A good recruiter saves you time and opens doors that you didn’t know about. A recruiter should be there to give your information, not make decisions for you. The support and the information that a good recruiter can provide for you, should give you the advantage over other candidates in the process.

  • Very easy answer: No. I get paid by my clients for finding high quality profiles and saving them time. The only thing I need from a candidate is their honesty to saves us both time.

  • Similar to earlier, this is a common enough question in candidates’ minds, that doesn´t get asked enough. A good recruiter will not risk their reputation on the market and send your profile out without your knowledge. So, yes. Your information is safe and if you want to stop the process and want to make sure your data gets deleted, just send a quick text asking for its removal from the database.

  • Choose a recruiter by how much you trust them and the roles that are being presented to you. If you are not happy with the processes or would like to see more, make sure to voice this.
